Orders placed by 12/01/2021 will be shipped by 12/20/2021 - just in time for xmas*. Please leave us a note in the cart about any time pressing dates about holiday gifts. We will do our very best to meet your timeline and communicate any potential delays. Please review our Shipping page to choose a shipping option that will meet your timeline.  

*Shipping date is not the delivery date. We will personally deliver packages to the post office by bike by 12/20/2021. Please choose a shipping method to fit your timeline. Delivery estimates are automated by the shipper.

If your order is pressing, please contact us through this page with your full order number and need by dates. While we cannot guarantee that any order placed after 12/01/2021 will be shipped by 12/20/2021, we can guarantee that we will try our hardest to fulfill your order by your given timeline.

 Given the extenuating circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are following the CDC and OSHA guidelines to help contain the spread as much as possible.

At this time, we will continue to ship out our in-stock items following our shipping guidelines as per usual. Furthermore, to prevent the potential outbreak of the virus within our shop, we decided to close down our retail store from March, 2020 until further notice. Out of stock items will require a lead time to produce with our limited production crew. Please contact us about a more accurate timeline. 

To simply put it, all items are purchasable on our website but only the in-stock variants will display the quantity available. Only the in-stock variants will show quantities. If an item is in stock, you will see "[#] item(s) left" underneath the drop down menu and will ship by the next business day. Once your bag ships, you will receive an email with tracking info.

If you placed an order for an item that is out of stock, your order will be added to our production queue. We currently require 2-6 weeks to process all orders in our queue. In-stock orders will require 48 hours to process. We apologize for this extended lead time but we hope you understand that we are doing our best to manage the hurdles of the pandemic.
