Commuting to School with Asa
Asa Kaufman is a sophomore at Hamilton High School Academy of Music and Performing Arts (AMPA) where he is a jazz drummer and member of the Hamilton Marching Band drumline - Go Yankees! Asa has been bicycle commuting with his dad, Eli Kaufman, Executive Director of Bike LA, since the 4th grade but didn't get serious about getting to school by bike until after the pandemic when the return to sitting in traffic was not an option he was willing to suffer. You can often find Asa sharing the many benefits of bicycling with his dad on the weekends rocking his Burgundy Medium Anything Backpack. As an avid commuter, Asa shares his experience with his Road Runner Bags.
I have been using my Anything Backpack for almost two years now! It is my school bag, and a bag I use when I don't want extra weight on the frame. I love this bag because it stays on my back and keeps the things inside safe from the elements.
I also use the Burrito Bag on my bike. It allows me to have quick access to the things I need at my handlebars. The Burrito Bag has recently been the only bag on my single-speed, and it carries all I need without changing the balance of the bike. Another one of my favorites is the Goodie Bag which allows me to carry my wallet and anything that would go in a pocket.

All of these products have held up extremely well for the amount of use and nonsense I have put them through. The material these bags are made of is durable and has not ripped or had any serious damage (other than the sun fading of the original color which I also happen to think looks cool). The fact I know that I can rely on these bags rain or shine is why I am proud to be a Road Runner Rider.
