We offer a 30 days to life warranty on Road Runner Bags Cordura, soft good products! The warranty on your Road Runner Bags are very simple and goes as follows:
During the “life of your bag," if it ever has a problem with the stitching, we will fix it. Please note that it is very dependent on the product, type of use and age of the product.* Any repairs and alterations that are not made by us will void your warranty. Be cool with us and we will be cool with you! Here you will find our full warranty on every product in our shop.
All Road Runner Bags Products:
- Less than 30 days – Free repairs + shipping, no questions asked
- More than 30 days – Customer pays repairs + shipping
Road Runner Bags Product Lifetime
- Cordura Bike Bags & Small Accessories: 1+ year(s)
- Evil Mini, Slacker, Comrad: 1+ year(s)
- Backpacks with Vinyl Lining: 3+ years
For all warranties, please email us at info@roadrunnerbags.us with the following info attached to your original order for the product:
- Name
- Order #
- Product Name
- Reason for repair
- Photos of area(s) needing repair
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Unfortunately, we're unable to repair any X-Pac material and we can only repair Cordura bags.
Please remember that you are dealing with people and not a corporation! If you need something, say something; if you have a problem with something or someone in the shop, please do not hesitate but to say something! We promise the best customer experience humanly possible as long as you remain to be the best customer humanly possible.
*Products made of our existing Cordura color palette are outlined in our warranty policy. Non-Cordura materials as well as old discontinued Cordura colors are not guaranteed coverage and will be assessed on an individual basis.
