Handmade in the USA
That's right! All of our bags are produced right here in the United States! We've been making our products in Southern California since 2010, and since then, we have produced over 300,000 finished pieces, from bike bags to backpacks.
We receive our fabric in bulk by the roll, our plastic hardware in 1000+ count bags, and the webbing in 300 ft. uncut rolls. Every step of building your bag involves heavy craftsmanship from our skilled crew. Without their attention to detail, none of this would be possible.
Our multi-talented sewists know which stitch length is necessary for external stitches, interior structural stitches, liner stitches, and sew-on. In addition, they know the size of all webbing cuts and what bar tacks go where. All of that combined brings you our quality, USA-made bike bags.
Once finalized, your order is carefully QC'ed, packaged, and delivered to the post office – by cargo bike.
