At Road Runner Bags, you're supporting people, not a corporation. All products are backed by a one-year, no questions asked, warranty on all stitching and a full lifetime warranty on fabric. Refer to the Warranty Page for more info.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns and exchanges are allowed only through the form below. Please understand all instructions before submitting your return form.

First, we will only return/exchange new/unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for shipping charges for the return/exchange and any remaining balances for the exchange.
You will be responsible for additional return shipping charges if the returned/exchanged items are not 100% new and in unused condition, free of wear, odor, or blemish. We will not accept used products for return/exchange.

International order's duties/taxes paid cannot be refunded or applied to the new exchange.
Returns are refunded by the original payment method used, less the shipping paid.

Please ship your return/exchange through a trackable and signature-required service by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We will not issue a refund or exchange if your package becomes lost in the mail.
