This bag is something special. The craftsmanship and ergonomics is top notch. I was hesitant just because of the price tag. This will definitely be my go to backpack for a very very long time! The customer service was also excellent.

I bought this bag off a friend over 7 years ago when I used to commute on a bike. I mainly use it for hiking and traveling now. I’ve loaded this bag to its max capacity and abused it so much and not a tear or a loose thread. It’s a sound purchase. I get compliments on it all the time!

I bought this bag about a year and a half ago and have used it just about every day since. It's my bike commute pack when I ride to work, my laptop/everything else bag when I drive, a grocery hauler, carry-on for travel, and I've even fit a whole bundle of firewood into it when camping! It's incredibly sturdy so you don't worry about hurting it when loading it up, and the roll-top has broken in really nicely. If it ever dies (doubtful) I'll come right back and buy another!

Super thick fabric, cavernous main compartment, bottle holders big enough for a nalgene or even bigger. Just all around durable design I've come to expect from something that's made in the USA. I'm going to use it for everything and I expect this will be the last bag I ever buy.

A good-looking bag that is super comfortable, I'm really happy with this investment. I travel frequently, and I love that if I don't unroll the roll top, I can fit a whole lot in without being stressed about going over most airlines' size restrictions. I had a deadline to receive the order by and customer service was very helpful in making sure it worked out. I've only had the bag for a couple of weeks but from what I've experienced so far and what I've heard from my Road Runner-loyal bike messenger friends, I think this bag is going to be a part of my life for a long time.
