Given the extenuating circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are following the CDC and OSHA guidelines to help contain the spread as much as possible.
At this time, we will continue to ship out our in-stock items following our shipping guidelines as per usual. Furthermore, to prevent the potential outbreak of the virus within our shop, we decided to close down our retail store from March 2020 until further notice. Visitations & pickups are appointment only. If all item(s) in your order are in stock and you're picking up, you will be notified by email within 48 hours when your order is ready for pickup. Out of stock items will require a lead time to produce with our limited production crew. Please contact us about a more accurate timeline or to make an appointment.
To simply put it, all items are purchasable on our website but only the in-stock variants will display the quantity available. Only the in-stock variants will show quantities. If you placed an order for an item that is not in stock, your order will be added to our production queue. We currently require 2-6 weeks to process all orders in our queue. In stock orders will require 48 hours to process. We apologize for this extended lead time but we hope you understand that we are doing our best to manage the hurdles of the Pandemic.
