Engine 11 and The 3 Fixieketeers
This past weekend is definitely one we have to add to the books! When I heard there was going to be a three person team cycling race from Santa Barbra to LA I rounded up the homies, got the party van ready and jammed out to SB to capture this unforgettable event!
Rules: 3 person team but 2 of your members must ride a fixed gear. Now thats what I call a Party!!

Everyone was both nervous and excited to see what the day had in store for them but I have to say positive vibes, water, energy gel and some herb got them through it!

Back in LA after putting in those miles it was time to put in some beer! Huge thanks to The Booth Brewing for providing those tasty refreshments!!

As the day came to an end and so did the beer everyone was in good spirits, but as I looked around it dawned on me that the cycling community is strong and keeps getting stronger. Events like these happen every so often but when they do everyone come together as a family, bringing in new friends, meeting new people and just enjoying the life that we have and to see how many awesome memories we bring with us. Life is an adventure when your on a saddle, it's up to you to explore it.
