Handmade in the USA
All of our bags are produced right here in downtown Los Angeles. We've been making our products in Southern California since 2010, and since then, we have built over 300,000 finished pieces and currently employ twelve skilled artisans who do everything in the cut-and-sew process of our products.
We receive our fabric bulk by the roll, and our plastic hardware comes 100+ count bags. The webbing comes in 300', uncut rolls. Every step along the way of building your bag involves heavy craftsmanship from our skilled crew. Without their attention to detail, none of this would be possible.
Our multi-talented sewists know which stitch length is necessary for external stitches, interior structural stitches, liner stitch length, and sew on. In addition, they know the size of all webbing cuts and what bar tacks go where. All of that combined brings you our quality, USA-made bike bags.
A few words from our CEO, Ester:
"We're a manufacturing company first and foremost. Our focus has always been on our machinery and the people who operate them. That's why we're made proudly in the USA. Manufacturing in the US offers our customers fast turn-around times, quality goods free of defects, and a great warranty. Unlike our overseas competitors, instead of filling up landfills with defective and warrantied products, we add the necessary repairs to give the product another life."
