“Being made in LA is the heart of our business.”
“What LA culture is about, like it’s very car-centric. People want to be in their little bubble from A to B, and there’s no stimulation in between. Getting around by bike. It’s always exciting.”
“We want people to have a different perspective on life and how they move around on this earth.”
“The majority of our employees use active transportation, and so you really have to understand the product to make the product; so we’re inspired by our daily lives & how we move around in the city.”
“The most challenging thing is trying to figure how am I gonna carry my stuff?”
“There’s that ultimate level of freedom of being on your bike and getting from place to place.”
“And not all bicycles are alike. They’re all different and unique in different shapes and sizes. So having to fill any open space on the bike has been the goal.”
“Steering away from cars & trying to do something a little bit against the grain.”
“As a tinkerer & builder, it just kind of clicked with me that I needed bags.”
“I really discovered how viable of an option the bicycles can be for not just commuting for small trips, long trips, the bike to train, last mile accessibility.”
“The process in creating a new products for us has always been at the very core of our butts on the bike, and it is that simple. When we’re seated on that saddle, our brains are spinning like the wheels beneath us.”
“The bicycle doesn’t come with a trunk. We have to get creative.”
“We rely on our products just as much as our customers do.”
