Cass from Bikepacking dot com in the hizz house!
Cass Gilbert is something of a backpacking legend. The man's been meandering around the world, upright above two wheels for the past fifteen years. He's also a contributing writer, content producer and curator for Bikepacking dot com. You may know him by his Instagram handle whileoutriding or his website by the same name. Cass dropped by the shop shortly after landing at LAX by way of Peru.

He'd been down south looking for dirt, making beautiful pictures and apparently eating loads of canchitas. We we're so delighted to meet him and his horse: a basket-fied XL Surly Ogre. Cass was stoked to see the shop and he shared with us a few tips for our upcoming bikepacking trip to Oregon's Three Sisters. A ride we happened to find on where else but Bikepacking dot com!
